About me

Hi, my name is Seef and I run Fitness Hubs from my own place in The Netherlands. I have been working out for over 15 years. I work a full time job in health care, but you can find me 4 days a week in the gym exercising. I also get weightlifting coaching once a week on top of my own training in the gym (so that makes the total resistance training frequency 5 days a week).

My background in fitness is (non-competitive) bodybuilding, but I have switched to weightlifting recently. I workout to stay healthy and to improve and maintain a specific level of fitness. I believe my experience and knowledge accumulated over the years about exercising and fitness can be of benefit to you, and therefore, I created Fitness Hubs.
