As the founder of Fitness Hubs, Seef is the main blog author for all the content you read in Fitness Hubs' blog.
He is a gym addict with lots of experience working out and who has recently transitioned into the sport of weightlifting. His goal is to transfer his passion for the gym to you, so that you too will hopefully start your fitness journey.
Seef works a full time job in health care during the day, but you can find him in the gym 5 to 7 days a week, mostly in the evenings. Besides working out, he loves reading and writing about all sorts of articles related to fitness, nutrition, getting stronger, and becoming fit.
